We discuss their enthusiasms, concerns, and experience and then report these exclusive interviews in the newsletters that accompany the wines. Club members learn the histories of the grapes, how they were made into wine, and which foods they complement.
Each wine of the month newletter contains a special menu for the wines and share our recipes in the newsletter, for wonderful wines were meant to accompany wonderful foods.
