Hand-harvested grapes undergo extensive selection. Cold maceration on the skins for 14 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 °C for 14 days.
14 months in stainless steel vats of 40 Hl and French oak barriques (2nd passage). 2 months in the bottle before the release.
